Surinder Agnihotri
Strategic Partner
Surinder has over 20 years’ experience in residential and commercial finance, sales and distribution. Having worked for some of Australia’s largest mortgage aggregation groups, he has been involved with over $50 billion worth of loan settlements across a diverse range of residential mortgages, commercial property and business loans.
Surinder was the founder and Managing Director of Australian Business Credit (ABCredit), a name that is synonymous with filling the funding gaps not being met by traditional banks and non-bank lenders. Surinder set up ABCredit to specialise in lending niches where the market opportunity is not a priority for other lenders or is unable to be fulfilled due to the immaturity of the Australian capital markets and changing regulations experienced by banks.
Having assisted Australian small and medium enterprises (SME) in diversified industries, Surinder has gained a high level of recognition, including being awarded multi-industry awards for excellence in product delivery and service.
After divesting from ABCredit, Surinder has now established himself as a strategic partner with Sandridge Securities.
Allan Holmes
Advisory Board
Allan is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Director, and a retired Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
Allan has had a distinguished career supporting public and private companies locally and globally across a broad range of industries. He has provided support to international insurance funds and Governments. He has also been involved in the entertainment industry acting for entertainers, bands and film producers.
Allan holds numerous board positions, including a directorship of International Precious Metals (IPM) and is a strategic partner with Sandridge Securities.
